Lanka News Web has learnt of an unpleasant incident experienced by a Saudi police officer and his family on the 6th night when they were stopped at a snap check point put up by the Bambalapitiya Police in front of the Majestic City building.
The profits earned by Event Concept, which handled more than half of the propaganda work related to the IIFA film awards that caused losses amounting to billions of rupees to the Sri Lankan government, has seen a ten fold increase last year, it is learnt.
