The Defence Attache of the Sri Lankan High Commission in the UK, Major General Prasanna Silva says that the country was facing war crimes charges at an international level due to the shortcoming of some people who operated the war and that such allegations would never have come up had the war being carried out in the manner he steered his battalion.
