All arrangements have been made for Defence Secretary Nandasena Gotabhaya Rajapaksa’s son’s wedding scheduled to be at the Hilton Colombo tomorrow, sources from Colombo said.
A large number of security personnel have been deployed in the area surrounding the Hilton hotel in Fort while many security personnel have been assigned to carry out their duties in civvies.
The entire hotel has been reserved for the event.
A luxury house near the Bellanvila Temple has been allocated to provide lodging facilities to relatives who have arrived from America. The house is being maintained by Internal Trade
Minister Johnston Fernando and his ministry. A brand new Benz car owned by Fernando has been given for the relatives to use during their stay.
