President Mahinda Rajapaksa is scheduled to leave for India at the end of the month for a special pooja, sources from temple Trees said.
The pooja has been organized for April 1 with great secrecy at a special kovil in Kerala. The pooja has been organized by deputy minister Nirupama Rajapaksa’s husband, Thiru Nadesan.
Sources said that after attending the pooja, the President is scheduled to travel to Mumbai to witness the finals of the World Cup Cricket match on the 2nd.
