Shiral’s sathyagraha faced with various difficulties |

A group of police officers had yesterday taken away the megaphone used by people engaged in chanting stanzas invoking blessings on General Sarath Fonseka opposite Sirikotha, where UNP Kotte organizer Attorney Shiral Lakthileka has organized a sathyagraha against the forcible abduction and detention of the General.
Apart from the police officers, thugs affiliated to a governing party member of the Kotte Municipal Council have also arrived at the venue of the sathyagraha.
