Prime Minister laughs at Basil’s helicopter rides to parliament |

Several senior government ministers have expressed their displeasure at the fact that Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake traveled to parliament by road while Presidential Advisor, Basil Rajapakse arrived in parliament by helicopter.
The Ministers have discussed this issue in the government members lobby in parliament. It is learnt that the person who had criticized Basil’s actions most is a senior government member, who is currently building forces against the Presidential Advisor.
However, the relevant person had also called the Prime Minister and informed him of Basil’s helicopter story. The Prime Minister had responded with a smile, “Ah… I don’t
